This lightly roasted oolong comes from Taiwan’s famed Nantou County, where it was naturally grown and developed by a fourth-generation tea maker. Plucked in spring from a Si Ji Chung garden at 1,700 feet, Zhushan Spring Classic is a gentle, sweet oolong with a distinctly floral aroma.
Brewing:
We like to prepare the Zhushan Spring Classic at 205•F with a steep time of 1-2 minutes. If you like your teas on the sweeter side, we suggest a slightly shorter steep time at around 200•F. If you prefer a more complex flavor profile, a longer steep at roughly 210•F should do the trick. Like all of our teas, this tea can be brewed multiple times.
