Shire Green will elevate your green tea expectations. Harvested in Malawi’s Shire Highlands, this superior green tea was grown at 3,300 ft, plucked in the rainy season, then steamed, rolled, and dried, sealing in a smooth earthy flavor with a hint of floral smoke.
Brewing:
Shire Green is best steeped at 180•F between 1 and 2 minutes. Shorten the time this tea is brewed and you will reveal hints of the ocean air. Lengthen the brew time with care and you can bring out its natural smokiness. Be careful to not over steep this one as it can become very bitter. Like all of our teas, this tea can be brewed multiple times.
