Our sweetest tea, Golden Jin Xuan hails from Taiwan’s Pear Mountain, where it is cultivated at 3,300 ft. After harvest, the Jin Xuan leaves are bathed in natural milk flavors, resulting in a nourishing brew for both tea newcomers and seasoned sippers alike.
Prepare the delightful Golden Jin Xuan at a temperature of 205•F at a steep time of 1.5 minutes. Shortening the brew time will bring out this teas floral aromas. Brewing on a longer timescale will enhance the creaminess and leave your palate feeling silky smooth. Like all of our teas, this tea can be brewed multiple times.
