An African white tea, Thyolo Baimudan has a taste as summery as its picking season. Relying only on the sun’s rays to bake in its clean, vanilla-kissed flavor, Thyolo Baimudan is picked with care at 3,450 ft, then dried in open air, and delivered ready to steep.
Brewing:
Thyolo Baimudan should be steeped in a water temperature between 195•F - 205•F, and a steeping time of roughly a minute. Shortening the steep time with a lower temperature will manufacture a lustrous, smoother tea. Longer steep times at a higher temperature will bring out a creaminess unlike any other. Like all our teas, this tea can be brewed multiple times.
