Our most aesthetically pleasing tea, Zomba Pearls is a Malawian white tea hand-rolled into individual pearls and dried in the sun. When steeped, the pearls unfurl, filling your cup with the buttery tastes of a summer vegetable garden.
Brewing: Zomba Pearls is best brewed at 183•F for 1-2 minutes. Lower the temperature and shorten the steeping time and you will get a lush velvety tea. Raise the temperature slightly and relish in complex layers of citrus and summer squash. Like all our teas, this tea can be brewed multiple times.
